1. How are the shipping charges calculated?
- FREE local delivery* for orders above HK$500 net purchase.
- HK$40 shipping fee for orders below HK$500 net purchase.
*Additional charges may apply for special areas including but not limited to outlying islands.
2. How soon will my order be processed?
For all orders please allow one business day for processing before the order is shipped. Same day shipping is not available. Any orders placed after processing or on the weekend will be processed the following business day.
3. How long is the delivery time to my address?
Within Hong Kong:

Orders will be sent via local courier for delivery within 2 business days.

Allow up to 3 business days in outlying islands.
International:

What payment methods does Skin Corner accept?
Skin Corner accepts payment via cash on delivery or Paypal. We accept Visa or Mastercard via Paypal for all orders, whether online, fax, phone or email. All orders are accepted subject to availability of products. Prices will be those applicable at the order date.
RETURNS POLICY
1. What do I do if I found the items are ruined or broken?
We do our utmost to ensure the products are packed and protected adequately. However we are unable to accept liability for any damage or breakages during transportation.
2. Can I return the items back to you if I'm not satisfied?
We have a full no-questions-asked 14-day refund or exchange policy on all online Skin Corner purchases. Return the product/s in their original packing back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your total purchase, or if preferred, we will be happy to exchange the product with new and re-ship at our cost.
If unsatisfied with your Skin Corner product purchased from a retail partner, please return it to the store concerned to request a refund or exchange.
3. Is there any charge associated with a return?
Shipping on returned goods from outside Hong Kong is at the purchaser's cost. If an exchange is requested, Skin Corner will cover shipping of the replacement product.
4. Can I cancel my order if I don't want to wait any longer?
Yes, you can for as long as your order has NOT been dispatched. We will refund you with full amount including shipping charges back to your specified account.
